North Hills Soccer Club Refund Policy

  • Withdrawals on or prior to five (5) regular business days after the close of the regular registration for the age group will receive a full refund of the registration fee less the processing fee of $10. Refunds for withdrawal after the five (5) day period will be granted for limited circumstances and must be approved by the NHSC board and/or president, including and not limited to relocation and/or medical issues. Any paid fees, including PA West or processing fees, will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Uniform costs will not be refunded.
  • Volunteer fees will be refunded in full.
  • Refunds will not be provided due to weather or field conditions. NHSC reserves the right to cancel any program due issues at any time. The club will provide details regarding any changes to the refund policy at that time.
