RJ Franz and Mike Kummer, the North Hills Soccer Club's new co-directors of coaching, will be holding a coach's clinic on Monday, March 3 in the Highcliff Elementary School gym.

There will be two sessions. U8 coaches should attend from 6:30-7:45 p.m. and U10 and older coaches from 7:45-9 p.m.

Each session will include:

• An overview of the club’s coaching philosophy
• Findings from a recent coaching survey conducted by the club and action items
• Weekly training topics and lesson plans
• Resource platforms available to coaches
• Q&A

Each session will end with a training run-through with current NHSC players. RJ and Mike will explain the different stages of a training session, focusing on how to prepare for, set up and run a purposeful training session while explaining “the why” behind each phase.

We hope all coaches will attend.
